Course Curriculum is also designed moderate also theoretical knowledge is good but practical knowledge is poor and also course curriculum is outdated and new topic is not included in electrical engineering PLC, SCADA, Solar,VFD, Electrical Vehicle and new age technologies is not included in current course curriculum and also course curriculum and industrial require skills is not match.and frequency of time in exam 1 hour and difficulty level of exam is 5% each subject.teaching methods is outdated and boring no practical application is included in teaching methods.real world application teaching is not successful in current engineering education system.

At 7 semester students eligible for placement For placement our college conducted survey which students was interested in placement that students have to fill up form thane pay 1500Rs pay fees than college will conduct a session for how to give interview and how to take action in taking placement and for eligible for placement 6.5 cgpa required My plan is after getting degree doing business in construction planning.

I personally say the course curriculum of the college is not better even the actual knowledge about the field is not included in the curriculum of the college. That's why many of the students are fail to achieve real life knowledge which is necessary for placement and company purpose. So, it's need to change the course curriculum and have to include more real life teaching quality. And focus more on practical knowledge rather than theory based knowledge. The frequency and timing of the exams in Mid-sem is 70min, and end-term is 3 hours the level of exams is moderate.

In 8th semester students are eligible for campus placements.The students who cleared all semester with good grades gets better placement offers.percentage of students getting placements is near to 50 percentage.

The placement at SAL college of engineering are decent , with moderate to good , placement record. Placement percentage around in 60 to 70 %. in a average packege in a 4 lakhs per annum. It can be highest salary packege up to 12 to 14 lakhs per annum. TOP highst compny are visit a palcement like TCS , Amazone , Wipro and other IT companies. The placement are procces typically starts in the final year of the course. Student are prepared for a placement in traning program , mock inretviews and resume - building session. Many student is higer paakge to plac in Sal college. THe college is a provide a internship opportunities . internship are usaully offred in companies releted to the student branch of study. Internship provide a student with hands-on experince and exposure to industry practies.

I am still in 2nd year so I don't know much about my college placements. But I know some seniors and they were good in studies as well. One of them got a 7 lpa placement so the placements are good actually.

Timing between the exams are good only if ur are really learning and attending lectures. Six months between end term exams, after 2 months of starting a new semester midterms are taken and before the end terms vivas and practicals

I chose mechanical engineering and I have no regrets of that.in now days everyone says if chosen that course than I would have great job or anything else but I have proud and grateful to my field only because of my faculty member because they taught us well and also exam schedule of internal exam, external exam , submission of assignment and viva are very well managed so one can prepare for every term and perform very well in every exams. they organised science fair as well so everyone can understand different machinery and different concepts of their filed and other field as well because every field of engineering is dependent on another field.also they organised the PANACHE annual function after the exam for the enjoyment of students.
