Faculty of Nursing (NGI) Scholarship
The institution provides various scholarships to deserving students. A brief about the same is given below:
Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS): Students who get admission under the TFW scheme are exempted to pay tuition fees but students have to pay other fees such as exam fees, bus fees, deposit and hostel fee. Eligibility criteria for TFWS are as follows:
- Students whose parent’s income is less than INR 6 LPA are eligible for TFWS.
- Candidates must submit an income certificate issued after 31st March from either ‘Mamlatdar’ or ‘Taluka Development Officer (TDO)’ or ‘Collector(Jan Seva Kendra)’ at the time of application form filling (registration for admission).
Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana: This scheme is applicable for self-financed colleges only. Scholarship amounts to 50% of tuition fees.

Library: The library of NGI is a well established computerized library with a vast collection of textbooks, reference books, technical and non-technical journals, magazines, CDs and DVDs of respective books for all courses offered in various departments.
Computer Centre: The computer centre of NGI is networked with internet facilities equipped with the 668 desktops, 3 computer servers, 85 laser printer, 10 LCD projector and 10 laptops.
Transportation: The institute provides transportation services for students and its faculty. The institute has its own buses between the Institute Campus and Junagadh City. This transport service operates on a self-financed, no profit – no loss basis on all working days, at fixed timings.
Cafeteria: Breakfast and lunch facilities are provided through a centrally located canteen. The canteen serves tea, coffee, cold drinks, ice-cream, snacks and different varieties of food throughout the day.
First Aid: Medical facilities are available on campus. The institution has appointed an expert Medical Officer, who visits the college regularly for the benefit of the students and the staff. NGI has a linkage with hospitals in Junagadh for any emergency.

Ques. How are the accommodation facilities of the Noble Group of Institutions?
Ans. The hostels are on a shared basis, with clean and hygienic dining facilities being provided by the Institute’s campus separately for both Boys (450 Seats) and Girls (450 Seats). There are separate hostel facilities available for boys and girls inside the campus.
- Hostels consist of a common dining hall, a common recreation Centre, hygienic bathrooms and individual lockers.
- The hostels have 24 hours of security arrangements with a fully trained Guard at the main entrance and round the clock vigil around the campus. The hostels have provisions for indoor and outdoor games.
- The hostels have a First Aid and primary health kit for its residents.
Ques. Can I be employed during my course?
Ans. No, this is a full-time program You will not be able to take on any paid employment through the duration of the program.
Ques. Can I get admission based on the entrance test alone?
Ans. Depending on the admission criteria, the admission will be based on merit or marks in the qualifying examination. However, all candidates must fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements.
