Modern College of Engineering Jhansi Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The college has some of the top recruiters like mahindra, NTT data, persistent, e-zest, autodesk etc. The students gets a highest package of 25 lakhs. There are students who also go for off campus placement.

About 90% of student get placed from this college of previous year student. The higher salary offered was 40 LPA. The highest domestic salary offered was 9.2 LPA.

For Masters course there is no such placement guarantee. All students are doing already job or focused to enter in the teaching field. Collage offer job for students who are interested in teaching after successful completion of course. So no job guarantee no package nothing. College does not provide any kind of internship for masters course. Because Pune University does not require any kind internship for M.E. Course. I don't about graduation course. But for M.E. there is no internship facility available from college.

The placement percentage is not that high in our college. It is because most of the students wants to apply for higher studies instead. However, the students who are interested in doing jobs, Job opportunities are provided to them by the college after the end of the final year.

Various renowned companies like Wipro and others comes for giving placements to the final year students. But, most of the students are not interested in taking these job opportunities, as there are more interested in pursuing their further studies.

The college has a dedicated placement cell which trains the students to face the interviews. The college has some major recruiters such as accenture , byjus, mindtree etc. which offers a good package to the students.

Despite most of the students applying for further studies, many companies from various industrial sectors provide job opportunities for the students. Some companies that visited the college for placements include - Infosys, TCS and Wipro.

The jobs were arranged at the end of the course where many companies came to interview, some of the few known branches were of Google, Airtel. 85% of the students got placed with an average package of Rs.8 lakhs 12 lakhs per year.

Incredible placements were furnished for the computer department. For additional departments, placements were standard. The foundation helps for sending enormous placements to learners. But the intention to work on the internship part. The regular salary package for the mechanical branch is around 3LPA INR, and for the computer branch, it is around 5 LPA INR which is enormous.

There are plenty of job opportunities in this field. Very less placement opportunities were provided to us by the college. Only a few students were placed in good companies. The placement cell conducts various pre-placement talks every year and constantly work hard to make every student ready for the industry.
