THE CORRECT REVIEW OF IIIT AGARTALA

Fees and Financial Aid:

The year wise total fees i pay is around 2.25 lakhs and total 4 years around 11 lakhs if transportation all included then its higher as we are from IIIT there is no reservation based in fees we all pay the same amount but hostel fees they pay somehwat less than us

Fees and Financial Aid:

The institute currently runs under guidance of its mentor institute National Institute of Technology Agartala, though soon they have their own functional infrastructure. I]Currently the courses that are offered are 1. Btech in Computer Science and Engineering.While Batch stength is increasing. II] Fee structure and Hostel Services 1.Tuition fee for each year is approximately 1,25,000 Rs per semester. there are 8 semsters. 2.Hostel fee: 24000 along with mess. 3. 4 types of mess are available: Northern , Southern , Vegetarian and North Eastern. Possible accomodation for Jain food is also also available on request. III] Average Package : 25 lpa. Highest known Package : 1.15 Cr per annum (off campus) There are abundance of opportunities available on campus Scholar ships are available for reserved category. In current situation completely degree will practically takes abot 12 to 15 lakhs of rupees for 4 years.

I paid 1.17 lakh total for the first semseter and paud 36645 for the hostel fees . I haven't seen any scholarships yet and seniors have said the many fee receive scholarships . Many scholarships are available for low income students

Ground reality of IIIT

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee of full course is around 8 lac and yes, IIIT-AGARTALA have scholarships for students who have family income less than 5 as well as less than 8 lac per annum. And regarding campus employment opportunity this college is doing quite good because I'm seeing the progress with my own eyes.

Fees is not high as compared to other IIITs. I didn't get any scholarship because income above than 5 lakh is mentioned in all IIITA's students profile by the institute. But we can apply in many scholarships.

According to me, my college is charging a high fee from us according to providing facilities and faculty. And there is no scholarship for the IIIT students in my college and for scholarships we use buddy for study. There are few concessions based on family income.
