DRIEMS invites application for admission to the B.Tech course under 6 specializations. 10+2 qualified students can apply for admission to the course. Admission will be based on the marks secured in the JEE Mains or OJEE.

The specializations offered in B.Tech programs are:

Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech Program: Secured 45% in 10+2 with Physics,Mathematics & Chemistry / Biology/ Biotechnology / IT

For B.Tech Lateral Entry Program: Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline

Selection Criteria

• The admission is based solely on the JEE Main/ OJEE score.
• 20% of total intake seats are open to applicants for lateral entry into the 3rd semester and duration for the B.Tech lateral is 3 years.
• 5% marks relaxation will be considered for eligibility of the SC/ ST candidates.
• The fee structure of B.Tech program is divided into two: Course fees INR 78000 + Others / Year and Hostel fees INR 50,000/ Year.

How to apply for JEE Main/ OJEE ?

• Candidates have to apply for JEE Main or OJEE by accessing the official website
• Register for Online Application Form and note down system generated Application Number.
• Complete the Application Form.
• Upload Scanned Images of Candidate Photograph, Candidate Signature and 12th Admit card / Mark sheet / Certificate.
• Payment of fee by Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI / PayTM.
• After successful payment, the candidate will be able to print the Confirmation Page.

BCA / BBA is offered under DRIEMS School of Professional Studies. The Institute has received necessary Recognition and Affiliation from the Government of Orissa and Utkal University to run this Programme. For Nursing B.Sc / M.Sc / GNM / ANM is offered under DRIEMS School and college of Nursing affiliated with Utkal university and approved by Indian Nursing Council & Odisha Nurses and Midwives council. DRIEMS School of Fashion Designing was established in the year 2019 and recognized by the Govt. Of Odisha.

Selection Criteria

• Selection of the candidates is based solely on marks secured in 10+2.
• Application forms and prospectus shall be available in the institute on all working days on payment of INR 200.

The institute offers admission to the M.Tech course under 6 specializations. Candidates having B.E/B.Tech degree in the relevant subjects can apply for admission.

The specializations offered in M.Tech program are:

• Mechanical System Design

Eligibility Criteria

Secure 60% or 6.5 CGPA in B.Tech / B.E. in relevant discipline

Selection Criteria

• Selection is based on the GATE / PGAT score.
• 5% marks relaxation will be considered for eligibility of SC / ST candidates.

How to apply for GATE ?

• Registration on the official website of GATE. 
• Fill the application form with personal, academic, qualification details, you will have to choose the preferred exam centre. 
• The process of uploading documents like photographs, signature, eligibility certificate and SC/ST certificate (if there) must be done. 
• Fee payment of INR 1500 or INR 2000 (based on various criteria) must be done. 
• Submission of application form.

The college provides admissions to MBA programs to eligible students. The details of the program have been tabulated below:

Eligibility

Students who wish to seek admission to MBA programs are required to have a graduate degree. The minimum percentage requirement is 50% (45% for reserved category students). 

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates is based on the scores obtained in CAT exam. 

How to apply for CAT ?

• Register on the official website of CAT.
• Fill the online application form with personal details, educational details, contact details, medium of language, program preference and exam center preference. 
• The process of uploading a scanned photograph, signature of the candidate and required documents. 
• Payment of application fees, for students belonging to general/OBC category INR 1900 and INR 950 for PWD/ST/SC candidates. 
• Print the confirmation page. 
• Without the CAT admit card, candidates will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
