Ques. What is the difference between B.Tech AI & DS and B.Tech Computer Science at RGGEC?
Ans. The B.Tech AI & DS program is a specialized branch focusing specifically on artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and big data analytics. While B.Tech CS covers broader computer science topics, the AI & DS program provides deeper expertise in AI algorithms, neural networks, data mining, and statistical modeling. Ques. Is JEE Main score mandatory for admission to this program?
Ans. No, RGGEC accepts students through both JEE Main and HPCET (Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test). You can appear for either exam. However, 50% seats are allocated through JEE Main merit and 50% through HPCET. If you are a Himachal Pradesh resident, HPCET might be a more accessible option.
