Annual festival are conducted on the end of March or the beginning of April. Tech fest for various courses are also conducted before the annual festival. Alagappa has the largest library in entire Karaikudi of over 5 lakhs of books and journals. Our department has computers for students. Sports day is conducted just before the annual festival and prizes are given. There are no social groups, clubs or websites for students run by students.

Pongal celebration, Pooja celebration, and annual sports celebration. They contain history, epic books, scientific, records, stories, and record books. Table, chair, fan, light, board, and in lab: a complete pack of systems available. Yes, they do..and contains sports day...many national players are in the college.

Books were in the library books where offered by the teachers we had to learn many thinks the class room atmosphere is too good, sports and extra curricular activities were good. Many students won several games

Our college conducts lots of functions on our campus like Women's day, annual day, sports day, science exhibition and etc. We all enjoyed that function and celebrated the full for more than 3 days. All the department staff and students cooperate with the management.

Annual Fees are very low. It becomes 50,000 to 75,000 per annum. The library facility is very good and always helpful to the students. All the amenities are available in the classroom. A very fine playground is situated near the college and the physical education trainer is very friendly moving with students.

Geology Our department was established around 1947. Therefore plenty of indian and foreign author's book available here and also the speciality of this department is ofcourse museum. Here the rare and paleo fossil collection, minerals, rocks samples were given the detailed knowledge of the course Geology.
