Step 1 - Download the Provisional Admission Form attached herewith.
Step 2 - Submit the duly filled Provisional Admission Form along with the following documents:
- 2 passport size photograph.
- Photocopy of 10th mark sheet & Passing Certificate.
- Photocopy of 12th mark sheet & Passing Certificate.
- If graduated then mark sheet of last year.
