Chhotu Ram Rural Institute of Technology (CRRIT), initially offered diploma in three subjects. After its gradual growth, CRRIT now offers diploma in 8 subjects across Architecture and Engineering streams.

Admission details are given below for reference:

Admission to any course offered in CRRIT is based on scores in Delhi Common Entrance Test (CET).
The entrance is conducted by the Directorate of Training & Technical Education, Delhi.
Students have to apply for CET and qualify it before appearing for counselling.
Counselling is conducted by CRRIT only.

CRRIT was established in the year 1985 to accomplish one of the dream of the great leader Sir Chhotu Ram by Sir Chhotu Ram Educational Trust.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have passed class X with a minimum of 35 % marks in aggregate from any recognized board of Education.
Candidates should have studied Science, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.

Selection Criteria

The upper age limit for candidates is 21 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC / ST category candidates and 2 years for women candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility criteria for the candidates to get admission for Engineering is, candidates should have passed class X with a minimum of 35% aggregate in English, Mathematics, Science and pass in rest of the subjects.
English, Mathematics and Science are compulsory subjects and candidates should have passed in each three subjects without grace marks.

Selection Criteria

How to apply for the CET?

Visit the official website of CET – https://cetdelhi.nic.in
Register with an email ID and create password.
Login with the credentials and fill in the personal details, fee details, guardian details, educational qualification detail, etc…
Upload scanned copies of photographs, signature and other required documents.
Submit the form and take a print out of the application form for future use.

Admit card will be released on the official website of CET - https://cetdelhi.nic.in. Candidates have to login and enter the application number and password to download the admit card.

CRRIT Admission Process

Admission will be based on the marks secure by the candidates in CET.
Candidates should register themselves for the counselling process after the announcement of result for CET
Post that, candidates will be allotted seats based on the merit score they secured in CET
After seat allocation, candidates should report to the college and block their seats and confirm their admission.

The reason i choose this college because the college is really good i heard from my family and friends and the environment is also really good and supporting. The admission process is not much difficult you have to fill up a form and you have to give an interview to the faculty and you have to submit your 10,12 marksheet which decides that if you can get admission in the college or not

Admission:

Chhotu Ram rural institute of technology is really good and it is very big. faculty is also good. The teachers are really helpful. Better placement than any other college of diploma in Delhi. The disadvantage of the college is that it is in rural area Transportation is not good

Admission:

College is very good. Teachers have knowledge not like other private college's. Rooms are big. Every machine is here for practice some machine price are more than 25 lakhs. But campus placement is not very good. If you read in this college than you have more chances to know about subject because there are good desk and good teachers available. Transportation facilities are very bad here. You have to minimum Wait here 1 hour to get any vehicle. Overall I learned so much here.

According to me .You can take admission in CRRIT without any fears.

Admission:

CRRIT college is good in every condition and having good placements. Faculty members are quite good. Admission is done by the CET exam You have to clear Common Entrance Test and on behalf of your score you will get counseling and colleges if you don't want the college given to you by counseling than apply for counseling round 2, so, therefore, you have 3 counseling rounds and 4th final round also. CRRIT is good because it is having good placement as compared to another college.

My rank made me chose this institute for pursuing diploma in civil engineering department although this is a private college where anyone can take admission with not so good rank. This campus is so big and so far from my home. This institute is one of the best private colleges in new delhi.
