HIMS Varansi Faculty

The faculty at the college is highly qualified and experienced, with many members having 25-30 years of experience and some even more than 40 years. Most faculty members are alumni of renowned institutions like AIIMS, BHU, AMU, and CMC. Each department typically has 5-7 professors, 1-2 associate professors, 2-5 tutors, and 2-5 staff members, maintaining a good faculty-to-student ratio.

The faculty is known for being supportive, approachable, and knowledgeable in both theoretical and practical aspects of medical education. They possess PhDs or MDs and have extensive experience, including some faculty with significant research backgrounds. The teaching method involves a mix of lectures and interactive sessions, frequently using PowerPoint presentations.

The college also facilitates skill labs and clinical postings, enhancing the learning experience for students.
