The faculty at the college is highly qualified, with staff members either holding doctorates or having real-time pharmaceutical research experience. There is a strong emphasis on practical learning through physical lab sessions, particularly in microbiology. Professors are specialists in their fields and consistently finish the syllabus on time without overburdening students with assignments.
Faculty members are approachable and provide motivation and support to students, including through regular parent meetings. The exam system resembles board exams with a total of 75 marks, split into one-mark, ten-mark, and five-mark questions, with two mid-semester exams and internal lab assessments. While exams are moderately challenging, about 20% of students fail to clear them.
However, there are noted concerns regarding inadequate facilities and insufficient clinical exposure, which some students find lacking in their educational experience.
