University Centre for Distance Learning (UCDL), Sirsa is controlled and managed by Chaudhary Devi Lal University. It offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma programs through distance mode of education.
The courses offered by CDLU Distance Education are BCA, B.A. (Mass Communication), B.A., B.Com, MBA, MCA, M.A. (Mass Communication), M.A. (English), M.A. (Education), M.Sc. (Computer Science), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), Diploma in Computer Science & Technology (DCST) and Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication (PGDMC).

CDLU Distance Education UG Admissions 2023: BCA, BA, B.Com., DCST
CDLU Distance Education offers admissions to BA (General) & DCST programs to the candidates having passed 10+2. Whereas, BCA program is open for candidates having passed Polytechnic Diploma or 10+2 with English as a subject.

The application process of CDLU Distance Education is offline. Candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps in order to apply for any of the courses offered by CDLU Distance Education:
Offline Mode:
- Visit the University Website/ Campus.
- Download/ Obtain the Application form.
- Fill-up the form and attach the required documents and DD of Rs. 200 (Rs.50/- for SC/BC/DAP of Haryana only) drawn in favour of “Registrar, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa” payable at Sirsa.
- Send/ Submit in person at the following address:

- Self Attested ID & Address Proof2

- Certificate on the proforma as prescribed in the Admission Guidelines in case a candidate belongs to SC category of Haryana as given in Annexure will also be filled otherwise no benefit will be given to such a candidate.
