IMS Ghaziabad University offers a number of scholarships and financial aids to meritorious students. The University ensures that no student has to leave their education in between due to the lack of finances. At the IMS Ghaziabad University, students are awarded various scholarships for undergraduate as well as postgraduate programs. The following are the Scholarships provided by IMS Ghaziabad University:

All Scholarships given by the college shall be applicable for adjustment in the Academic Fees of the Final year only.

(A) Academic:

The scholarship shall only be given to the top 20 students of BBA and BCA each, and 5 student of BAJMC on the Director's recommendation and merit basis.

(B) Loyalty

If a student is an Alumni of either IMSUC/IMS Engineering College, he/she is eligible for the following benefits:

M.Sc (Biotech)	INR 15,000
MIB	INR 35,000

(C) Sibling:
• If a student is a sibling of a current student (In any of the 3 campuses) : Fee concession of INR 15,000.
• In Case, two real siblings (brother/sister) are taking admission in the same academic session, then one of them will be eligible for the sibling award.

(D) Ward of Defence Personnel/Para Military forces
• If a student, whose either parent is working or has worked in Defense: Fee concession of INR 15,000.
• Identity Card duly attested by senior of officer to be submitted along with the Merituous Awards form.

(E) Ward of Widowed:
• If a student is a Ward of Widowed: Fee concession of INR 15000/-. Eligibility Criteria:- Students should present original documental proof i.e., the Death certificate of a parent before admission committee at the time of claiming at said award.

(F) Sports:
• Student who has won prizes/ranks/medals or has represented in State, National or International level or represented Games and Sports (athletics, etc.): Fee concession of INR 15,000/-.

(G) Scholarship - Government Aid

Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/GEN & Weaker section of the society can be availed as per Government rules and regulations through District Social Welfare Department.
If the candidate is eligible for more than one scholarship, then only one scholarship of his/her choice is provided.
The institution will give the awards and scholarships after full satisfaction and proper document verification.
Students who have the certificate of EWS by State Govt. of UP: fee concession of Rs. 10,000/- (Total 50 Students consisting all programs) only on a first come first serve basis. Students have to submit the certificate at the time of admission.

Scholarship Guidelines:

Students who have attended Regular Programs in Class X & XII and Graduation (as required) are only eligible;
Original documents must be provided before the admission committee for verification. Photocopies are to be submitted for the records.
On-Line Mark sheet will not be accepted for claiming the said Meritorious Awards.
Only one award can be availed by a student from the above-mentioned Meritorious Awards schemes.
Meritorious Awards form has to be filled at the time of the commencement of classes.
