The placement programmes are conducted in the final year of the course. Placement is based on academic activities. So many companies are available for placement. More than 50 per cent of students are getting placement.

Many companies were visited for placing our students and some of the companies like technopark Infosys and many other companies were gathered here for our placements and also interviews personal test extra were conducted for the students and also from our college the recent year's many students are selected and placed about 80% to 90% of students were selected for the placement.

The placement provided from the college for mechanical engineering students is very poor during my academic year. This might improved after KTU launching, since internships is mandatory for KTU students. Though the colleges are providing internships and industrial visits, the students must also ensure the quality ( practical knowledge) you got from these colleges. Despite marks scored, practical knowledge is more beneficial in securing a good position.
