Yes.the members of different companies visit college for campus selection.
After they take interviews of students.from those students they select the toppers who have secured more marks in university exams.also the communication is important.

No generally our college does not have any high opportunities companies but it have some placement which are good &we get a maximum salary in that way a communication skill also matters for the job opportunities.
