UIET Lucknow offers B.Tech program of four-year duration with 5 disciplines. The university also offers M.Tech with two specializations and M.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine programs of 2-years duration each.

Candidate must apply through online mode only through official website of the university.
Students who have passed 10+2 in PCM with minimum 50% marks are eligible for B.Tech program.
Admission to B.Tech program is done through the entrance test conducted by the university or through JEE Main.
Applicants who have completed BE, B.Tech or M.Sc. or MCA program with at least 50% marks are considered eligible to get admission to M.Tech course.
Admission to M.Tech program is done on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the university.

UIET Lucknow B.Tech Admission 2024

University Institute of Engineering and Technology offers B.Tech program of 4-years duration with 5 specializations and intake of 20 in each.

Candidates who have completed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC, ST candidates) are considered eligible to get admission to B.Tech program. The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to B.Tech Lateral Entry program is candidates must have completed Diploma in Engineering/ Technology from State Board of Technical Education or have secured B.Sc. degree from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks (45% for the SC, ST candidates).

Admission to B.Tech program is given on the basis of the applicant’s performance in the Entrance Test conducted by the University or through JEE Main. However, students are admitted to B.Tech LTE course on the basis of the merit in the qualifying examination.

UIET Lucknow M.Tech and M.Sc. Admission 2024

University Institute of Engineering and Technology offers M.Tech program with 2 specializations and M.Sc. program of 2-years duration.

Candidates who have passed Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operational research or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or MCA Degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC, ST, PH candidates) are eligible to join M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering. The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to M.Tech in Software Engineering course is candidates must have completed B.Tech, BE in CSE, IT, Electronics or M.Sc. in IT, CS, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent or MCA Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks (45% for SC, ST, PH candidates). Students who have completed Graduation Degree in Science discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for the reserved candidates) from a recognized University are considered eligible to get admission to M.Sc. program.

Admission to M.Tech and M.Sc. program is done through entrance test conducted by the University.

Key Points:

The cut-off percentage for students of General category is 20% and for SC, ST category it is 15%
For each incorrect answer, 1/3rd marks will be deducted.

UIET Lucknow Application Process 2024

Candidates applying for admission to UG, PG level courses must apply only through online mode through the website of the university. Payment of the application fee could be done in both online and offline modes.

How to Apply

Visit the official website of the university and click on “Online Admissions” link.
Click on ‘Online Application Form’ and fill your personal details.
Upload the scanned copy of required documents.
Pay the application fee through either online or offline mode.
Submit the application form and take a print out of the form for future reference.

Application Fees:

Online: Candidates can pay the application fee through SBI Net Banking, Credit or Debit card

Offline: Applicants may download the ICICI Challan from the link given on the website of the university and submit the application fee at the nearest SBI branch.

After two days of application fees deposit, candidates are required to login with login credentials.

I got admission here in Spot Counselling after 1st round counselling results. Admission process is too easy for Engineering course inBTECH , Admission is through JEE Mains exam and CUET UG exam ..after results of this competitive after applying for the counselling process of BBAU through its website and reading its bronchure for further process

BBAU truth

Admission:

I already took admission in HIT giving 50000 in campus and cancelled it after I got seat here only to come here because it is a central university. Admission here is done using jee and cuet counselling results. Spot counselling also happens for jee and cuet. jee students mainly apply for cs branch Cs cut off is increasing yearly To get cs you need to have high marks but if you are general you will easily get all others course with average marks I came here in cuet spot councelling after getting mechanical branch. I wanted civil branch and faculties told me to apply for civil in spot councelling so I got it easily on 269 marks in cuet.
