Cultural fest, sports fest, dj night and many events take place at regular intervals

Dislikes

Infrastructure could be better,less research opportunities,pathetic coding culture
Hostel accommodation and education institute lies in different campus

Placement is provided for almost all branches more or less. The best placement record stands for paint technology, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering,mass recruitment for cse and it but some good companies such as samsung and other offer over 14 lpa

Placement Experience:

The placements are good. You will be eligible for the placements from the 7th semester. The eligibility criteria for the placements is 6.5 CGPA, and no active backlogs. There are companies from both core and non-core sectors visists HBTU. There are total more 30 companies on average visits HBTU. The companies like Mondelez, Nestle, Bira 91, United breweries, Bikano, Adani wilmar, and many more.

HBTU: Here you will be getting the roller coaster rides!

Likes

Placements support for the students and campus life.
The fests and exposure. Events here are very fascinating.

Dislikes

Infrastructures needed to be refurbished and there is need of new infrastructural structures.

Placement Experience:

The placements of HBTU are very good. In the year 2022, 25 out of 31 students got placed and in the year 2023, 26 out of 30 students got placed in various multi national companies like Nestle, Mondelez, Bira 91, United breweries, Adani Wilmar, Bikano, CP Milk, Britannia, and many more. The highest package is 23 LPA, Lowest is 4.5 LPA and average is 5.5 LPA for 2022 batch.

The great exposure we get in the college and vast alumini network

The college very old and the building is very old

The placement is best of our college due to vast alumini network The students are eligible from end of 6 semester Samsung visited our college .the offer made by them was 12 97 percentage of the students get placed in our college After degree I am thinking for the placement

Chill & relax college with come caveats

Likes

Curriculum is chill not very hectic, so no pressure. Just pay attention in class.
Attendance scene is also sorted, yes there is 75% criteria but still its not very strict.

Dislikes

College can improve its infrastructure, in that regard its average.
Quality of teachers can be improved & there is need of teachers in some departments .

Placement Experience:

Placement scene is good in most of the branches. Average you can expect around 6 lakh. In 3rd year summer break you do internship & in final year the placements start. Some people prepare for competitive exams like GATE, CAT, UPSC etc. You can get good time to prepare for competitive exams.

They are professors are well qualified and very well experienced and their study also in IIT

Dislikes

The condition of many hostels are very good but also the condition of many hostels are not good

Placement Experience:

If you concentrate on both other activities and also a CGPA and academics you make sure that your CG is above the 7.5 so you go to the placement now the name the desert different companies come and give a very decent package for every branch and there is the highest package in crores and lowest package are moderate types and every student also specific in chemical engineering every student are placed with a decent packages

Facts about HBTU

Likes

Relations between Seniors and juniors, they are very helpful.
Location of east campus is very good, it is situated beside Kanpur Zoo, so there remains fresh air.

Dislikes

Distance between the east campus and the west campus is very large.
In west campus you don't get afternoon meal.

Placement Experience:

There are on-campus placements of students in campus. Companies visit campus every year. You may also get a paid internship from the college in your third year or even in your second year. There is a good placement rate.

All about the Paint Technology course of HBTU

Likes

College has a large alumni base worldwide
College has a very impressive infrastructure

Dislikes

The curriculum of some courses are outdated
The placement of engineering branches have low placement

Internships Opportunities:

Companies like Asian paints, Tata motors, Eicher motors, etc provides various basic roles for their interns with stipend varying from 15 to 30 and thousands. Some industrial exposure projects are required that includes efficiency and innovation both.
