Likes

Infrastructure and faculties. The quality of study is great
Weekly exams & serious students with celebrations of almost all the festivals
Patient load in the hospital is Decent as the OPD charges are free of cost being a private medical college

Dislikes

As the medical college is under one University
We get to see a lot of students from other branches
Which makes it less medical friendly environment

Internships Opportunities:

1 year mandatory internship with stipend of ?7k in first three months, ?8k in next three months & ?9k in another three months & in last three months you will get ?10k. You can learn a lot of you have the desire to do so .

Everything about SHARDA MEDICAL COLLEGE (SMSR), NOIDA

Likes

SMSR often invest significantly in their infrastructure , modern library. They spend well on enhancing learning experiences
You will find well equipped facilities , latest medical technologies here .
Here you will find various clubs for dance , music , sports . You can definitely carry your hobbies alongwith studies.

Dislikes

Cost : Fee of studying MBBS is very high as compared to government colleges, not everyone could afford it. It financially burdens the family
Since many of the students belong to wealthy family , so student themselves don't have the mindset to pay attention toward studies . And most of them don't aim to clear neet pg entrance exam .
One of the most important factor is patient load . Here patient load is at a moderate level but compared to any government medical College it is at a lower level

Internships Opportunities:

Students have to compulsorily serve as an intern for one year at college's hospital. They roughly get a stipend of rs 12,000. Internships aren't very hectic here . Seniors guide you through every medical case to its best .

Likes

The facilities like fully ac library with all the books
The faculty members know very well about their subjects and are very helpful
The amount of patient load which we see helps us to develop great experience

Dislikes

I dislike that the batch size is kind of large which is 250
Sometimes we dont get proper preparation leaves for exams
Our class timings are from 8 30 to 4 30 which is kind of hectic

Internships Opportunities:

As MBBS is of 5.5 years , this includes 1 year of internship. During this internship porgramme we are posted in the hospital in different departments. We get monthly wages which are decided by the UP government every year. We do the internship is sharda hospital which is attached to our college and we dont have to run anywhere.

Professional teachers are there provide good teaching
College is located in delhi ncr good for exploring world
Campus is very big to expire more places almost all shops are present here

Dislikes

More dirt is around due to construction work
Water is clogged during rainy season due to which we have problem to reach to the college
Greater Noida is little unsafe in night to go outside specially for girls

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is provided by sharda hospital under up govt for 1 year Stipend is 7000 per month for 1 year U have to work for 8 hrs daily either day or night Project is u have to attend emergency duty Work under ur seniors doctor or with ur colleagues

Mbbs batch is of 250 students which is a big batch so hard to handle
Less interaction with teachers due to big batch

Academics are quite good and its quite helpful
Professors are very humble and very friendly
Infrastructure of SMSR is quite good and new cancer hospital build up which is also beautiful

Dislikes

University of sharda is too small and roads having potholes
There is no clubs for mbbs students specifically
There is no weeks for sports or cultural fest for mbbs

School of Medical Sciences and Research, Sharda University is a great college in have a dream of pursuing your career in medicine. It provides you with plethora of opportunities as it has a multi-speciality hospital running along with it.
It provides you with a library which is exclusively only for medical students which runs 24*7 for the students. The classrooms are well air conditioned with a proper architecture of mainiting your concentration.
The faculty and the doctors working here in SMS&R are from the Top institutions pan India with a great teaching experience and have a great excellence in their fields providing the quality of education

Dislikes

The only thing I disliked is there are no exclusive co curriculars for medical students. They are all involved with the whole university unlike other medical Colleges.

Internships Opportunities:

There is cumpolsary one year internship in the end of MBBS which has to be done in attached hospital of the college The attached hospital of SMSR is Sharda Hospital which a multi speciality hospital with a good patient footfall. A new 1200 bedded cancer hospital is being made along with it which will make.it one the biggest hospitals in the DELHI-NCR region.
