The official Chancellor’s portal notice mentions that the start date for online applications was published (late May 2025). College listing sites also confirm that admissions are open for 2025-26 and accept both JCECE and JEE Main scores.
The admission in the B.Tech. program in the University College of Engineering and Technology can be taken on the basis of merit obtained in the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination, JCECE. The eligibility for appearing for JCECE is 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized institute. You can apply from the JCECE Home page.
You need to have passed 12th with 50% or more and then appear for JCECEB test to get admission.
