The faculty at the college are experienced, holding high educational qualifications, and are supportive and approachable, allowing students to seek help and guidance as needed. Classes are structured with 4 lectures daily, covering alternate subjects to ensure timely course completion and revision, each lasting 45 minutes. The exam system aligns with Barkatullah University, featuring annual exams for B.Com students with 5 subjects, each paper worth 100 marks with a passing mark of 32.
The college recently became autonomous, resulting in a shift to a semester system with exams every 6 months. The course fees total 30,000 for a 3-year graduation program. While the faculty are effective and helpful, the student-to-faculty ratio could be improved, as there are often only two faculty members available for over 100 students per subject. The question paper difficulty is moderate, with students able to succeed with adequate preparation.
The non-teaching staff, vice-chancellor, and principal are also noted for being friendly and supportive.
