Markham college of Commerce Hazaribagh Faculty

The college has 33 experienced faculty members from renowned institutions. The overall faculty-to-student ratio is 125:1, which is considered inadequate and negatively affects the learning experience. Students report that faculty members are generally not approachable, and classes are sometimes delayed or not conducted. However, certain faculty members, such as the Head of the Commerce Department and an accounts teacher, are praised for being supportive and helpful, offering additional classes and solving queries.

Only one internal exam is conducted per semester by the college, with external exams managed by VBU University.
