PIEMR Indore has Placement and Industrial Training Cell which intends to impart the students a strong, occasional underpinning and making students ready for prospective employers. Students are trained in soft skills, ability to work in a team, good interpersonal skills, self-confidence, positive attitude and handling real-life situations by taking quality decisions and problem-solving.

Training and development team also ensures hundred hours training in workshop mode, eight hours of curriculum embedded classroom training session, 180 hours of training in classroom, including mock group discussions, GDS and aptitude preparation training.
