Thiruthangal Nadar college, Chennai offers a variety of UG, PG Diploma and Certificate courses. The college has dual shifts which provides the majority of its courses in the morning shift and a limited number of courses in the afternoon shift There are a total 18 courses provided by the college in Shift-1.

Shift-2 college provides UG Courses which includes B.Com(General), B.Com(Corporate Secretaryship), B.Com(ISM), BCA, B.Sc(Mathematics) and PG Degree in M.Sc(Computer Science and Technology).
Admissions to all UG and PG courses are merit based.
The minimum eligibility for the candidate opting for an UG course is he/she must be an intermediate graduate from a recognized board.
For PG courses, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
The college also provides 1 year diploma courses in Travel and Tourism, and Computer Application. Additionally, a six months certificate course in E-Commerce is also provided.

The students who secure above 1000 marks in HSC exams are eligible for a merit scholarship. On payment of their fees during admission, 50% of their fees will be refunded as merit scholarship through Chennaivazah Thiruthangal Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Dharma Fund.
The students who procure 80% and above in their University Semester Examination are eligible for a merit scholarship. In recognition of their efforts, 50% of their fees will be refunded as merit scholarship through Chennaivazah Thiruthangal Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Dharma Fund.
The college offers sports scholarships for students who have won laurels in state level games. 50% of their fees will be refunded.
The students who have won championships at district level are also eligible for the sports scholarship. On payment of their fees, 25% of their fees will be refunded.

Eligibility of my course is in state board exam you have to score above 60% You can find out college application form in our official website It is available in online and offline The frequency and timings of the exam is 3 hours the only difficult is the question paper that the university sent to college in my course maths and accounts paper you have study both The area of improvement is giving right guidance and awareness of the course and also scope of the course rather just providing the course that Student asked for . Students have no knowledge or the scope regarding the course so staffs can guide them

One of the Main good Aspects of college is the Quality of Education. All the teachers are dedicated to the growth of Students. Portions will be completed on a date prior to Exams. Another good thing about this college is that there will be a lot of tests conducted by Teachers. By preparing for this class test with minimum effort will be enough to get passed in the University Examination. No need to prepare at the time of University Examination to get passed. Attending and getting decent marks in the class test would be helpful in passing the University Examination. The bad thing about this college is School like Environment maintained by College Management. There will be Fine for Everything including not wearing of Shoes, id card, formal dresses.
