They check on the students ability to fit in their company position and handle the responsibilities. Various companies are invited from across the country in my college and the placements are exercised.

These placements in my college are managed in a very professional way. There are various administrative departments and management faculties in my college that look to this aspect of placements in a very strict way . Various companies across the country are being invited of several domains .

Career guidance cell is also set up at our college also the teachers at the guidance cell give us personal remarks on the interviews which are held at the campus. They try to makes us comfortable and also this helps us to gain good jobs in the future. Stipends are provided for the SC, ST students.

B.A is the three years bachelor degree course. The students who got 65% marks of three years, they have a chance for getting a internship in this college or another college affiliated by Vidyasagar University.

No in-campus placement is there. College will organize few camps for the future job opportunities and including this they will also organize competition regarding other extra curricular activities. I have heard from students those who are passed out students that they got their jobs in out-campus selection.
