Hostel has a newly build building has great facility like pure drinking wated , fresh washrooms & clean rooms. Meal quality is great but lacks proper nutrition mostly provide veg rarely non veg maybe once 2,3 weeks You can register for hostel through offline form submission to warden hostel cost 20k per annum You may rent a room nearby around 1500 for sharing with 2 persons no meals & min. 8k for private hostel

I have not opted for hostel myself. But some of my friends are availing the facility. There the rooms are shared with two students per room in the old block of Hostels. A new block has been built which will be started soon which has a shared with four persons in it. They have to pay around ?6000 annually with additional mess charges. Also some students live in private rented accomodations where they have to pay around ?4500 per month and they need to cook for themselves on their own.

Hostels are not that good but looking at the fee they charge, it's a thumbs up from me. They only charge a mere sum of Rs 2000/- per month and serve you with the most delicious food you can get in that rate. Moreover they are pretty well organized.

Hostel facilities are excellent with 24 hr supply of water and electricity. Heating systems for winter and ACs for summer are also available for convenience of the students in the hostel. The rooms are pretty spacious and well ventilated. All this is available at an affordable sum of Rs 24, 000/- for non AC rooms and 35, 000/- for AC Rooms per year including mess. The mess quality is very good as this price point. Balanced diet is served keeping in mind the quality and taste.

yes we do have ocassional fests and programmes i spent 4 months in college and in these 4 months we had many fests where many local musicains performed and also we had one program from startup india also we had drugfree campaign in bakshi stadium where we met sri sri ravi shankar the library comprises of 1000's of books covering every genre/subject it contains non fictions fictions academic books etc.. integration of technology is one of the weak point of the college as it is the first ever college built in kashmir since 1880's it still has that old system which needs to be upgraded no this also is the weak point of college there are no studen unions and student politics although there is a nss group but that doesnt count as they are selected not elected having no student politics does impact the students in a bad way like if there is a problem faced by students no one takes the responsiblity to go and tell the management which results in the unfixed problems

The name of the Annual magzine used to be The pratap .I personally never was that kind of person. Academic Books used to be available there. Since I'm a cricketer lover I used to be a part of every cricket match being held in the campus And it used to impact us a lot

Now i have been going to this college for almost 2.5 years and all i can say is , and what i felt there is i wasted my time, money everything . i dont know about the other subjects but for statistics it is disaster.

There was only one technical festival during my whole course and it was organised by tech Mahindra I think Some books were available and some was missing all the time Technologies zero That time we merely know the social media

Beds almirah charger sockets as every hostel give Meal quality and menu is quite good manage by students and hostel chefs. Hostel is quite affordable for every student. Registration is simple you have to fill a form with some important documents. I opted for pg in rajbagh

Well i dont remember names of all the festivals but some were like marathons, entrepreneurships etc also the range and accessibility of books was emmence the facilities in class rooms were good but they never used smart board for teaching. The sports section and extracurricular activities were also good there were various groups of students which voluntarily ran social groups
