Umes chandra college review

Likes

The college seniors behave good and helps junior
The college have a good decent library in which you can borrow books which will help you in the degree
The college have a common game room for all the students

Dislikes

The college have a small campus and you will not able to find the classroom way properly
The college have the worst timing which I hate the most that is morning from 6 am to 10.30 pm
The college does not have any good canteen and you couldn’t find anything good to eat around the college

I will not lie, but the course is easy if you study well, but if you are not studying and blaming all te teachers, the syllabus is vast and the faculty will explain each and every term properly and help you if you have any doubt

Internship insights at Umes Chandra College

Likes

Course materials are interesting , there are knowledgeable profesors , the faculty members are supportive
The environment is also very good and the students there are helpful
The availability of resources are good as it helps in learning and growth

Dislikes

The facilities are insufficient like well equipped labs and updated technology in classroom
Overcrowding in classrooms , labs , and outside the campus as it has limited space
The college is a bit far away so travelling can be hectic sometimes

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I'm pursuing is BCOM honours and i think it was a correct decision that i choose for myself. As the students gets a lot of project work which keep us engaged in researching and it can also help us finding internships. The difficulty of exams level is intermediate.

Likes

College attendance not necessary so you can do other things with your degree
College professor very friendly. They help you for every problem or project or something what you need.
College staff are also good. If you have any problem you go office room and said they help you every single time.

Dislikes

College have no ground but 2nd campus have ground but the second campus is sector 3 so many travel issue for me.

Placement Experience:

When you are in 5th and 6 th sem you are eligible for job placement and all.....1st 1st they provided placement of packege 3 to 4 lakh in market field or office work but I truly say they not to provided big opportunities . My plan after degree i eligible for apply any government job or every field so I will prepare for bank exam. After graduation You can go in CA inter is a very good option.

this college gives you proper time for self study
sports facilities provided are quite nice here
you can get decent amount of books in Library

Dislikes

the campus is very small with no proper infrastructure
classes do not take place regularly and students are irregular
there is no any fest technical or cultural

Course Curriculum Overview:

once semester is of 6 months first internal is taken in the course of 3 months which is of 20 marks and then external exam is taken which is of 80 marks. the difficulty of the paper is average the questions are asked which are taught in the class

Honest review of Umeschandra Chandra College

Likes

Teachers and the way they teach is pretty reliable, you don't need extra tuitions.
Teachers are helpful and available for students via whatsapp
Internal exams are simple and easy to score

Dislikes

The rooms are unclean sometimes. Specially the games room.
Sometimes classes get canceled with a very short notice.
The college website crashes sometimes due to heavy server load during exam fees payments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is straight forward it's a BCOM degree, and it helps me to prepare for my upcoming CA course. It fits perfectly for the real world, helpful for accounts and financial fields. Though the course is good but there are a few scope of improvement. The number of practical classes are less, they should improve it. The exams are conducted every 6 months and difficulty is easy to moderate.

Gaming room is well organised and one can spend good times there.

Dislikes

Campus of our college is small little bit. Although extended branch campus is big.

Placement Experience:

Our college provide average placement for students.The highest package offered in our college is 4.4lakh.The average lies around 2.2 lakh and The lowest around 1.2 lakhs.60% of the students got placement every year from college.

Best college for Bcom if you missed Xavier's.

Likes

Affordability of the courses in the college.
The canteen servers tasty food, although not very hygienic but yumm.
The area location of the college is great.

Dislikes

The campus life is very boring as it offers nothing.
The college doesn't even have a sports ground.
There is not way to approach management. It has to be done through students union group.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to pursue a career in Commerce and Accountancy therefore I selected B.com Hons Course. Being a Marwari, I was among the 8 out of 10 who was interested in doing business and understanding how things work. Faculty was decent, I wouldn't say it was the best, but yes it was manageable. Teachers were knowledgeable but it was more upto the students whether they wanted to study or if the let the teachers teach in class. Exams were conducted yearly and it was a piece of cake.

Environment of college campus is better than any other college. So many students are enrolled in CA course you can motivate by them and they can help you in your academic. There is no ragging and bullying in the campus. Campus remain neat and clean,
Breakfast options outside the college campus
Faculty is my favourite, every teacher has a great personality. And they are congenial

Dislikes

I hate the timing of college. It 6.00 am ... Its too hard to attend first class by everyone. So many students come from different cities.
I hate its canteen. Unhygienic and untasty food.
There is no co education.. it should be .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Bcom hons just because there is no other option for a commerce student. But my college is known for its faculty and its candidates. Faculty are as good as they should be. They all pay attention to students interest. Faculty to students ratio is quite good. And they highly qualified and cordial.

Attendance is not as necessary in this college that the nice thing about this college .
Student Union are cooperative with the student ...
Student environ ment are eco friendly and student have respect towards their teacher.

Dislikes

Office staff are very rude they even doesn't talk to parents properly.
College infrastructure is too bad the bench,desk etc.
Timing for morning session is too early for students coming from great distances.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have seen scope while persuing B Com (Hons). Student Ratio in offline has some improvement from previously. Teachers are not like proffesional level. Difficulty of exam depend on person effort how much does he put.
