Maharani Kasiswari College offers both General and Honors course viz. B.A. in 10 specializations, B.Sc. in 3 specializations, and B.Com. In Accounting and Finance at the undergraduate level. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with at least 5 subjects including English to be eligible to apply for BA and B. Com programs. For B.Sc. program, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects including English from a recognized board.

The merit list for General courses is prepared on the basis of the average of the best four subjects. If candidates have not studied the subject opted for Honors program at 10+2 level then their marks will be calculated on the basis of the average of the best four subjects.

Maharani Kasiswari College Application Process 2024

Admission forms of Maharani Kasiswari College will be available in online mode only. Once the form is submitted, candidates will have to wait for the notification through the official website regarding the e-counselling process and the merit list and whether they have been shortlisted or not for the admission process based on their eligibility.

Here are the steps to apply:

Visit the official website of the college and click on “Online Admission” then “Application Procedure”.
Read all the instructions and then click on “Apply Online”.
Two options will appear - “Apply in Honors” and “Apply in General”, select the program you want to apply in
Candidates have to fill up the form and upload a recent passport size photograph.
Check that all details mentioned in the form are correct.
Click on “Submit” to submit the application form.
Candidates must submit the application fee through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking or through e-challan.
After complete submission of the application form along with the application fee, take a print out of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
Candidates Application ID will be mentioned on the top of the application form. This will act as a username during the counselling process.

e-Counselling

Visit the official website.
Provisional and final merit list will be displayed on its official website.
Log in with Application ID and password(DOB).
Candidates have to fill and confirm online option form with preferences of courses.
Seat Allotment will be entirely based on the merit list and availability of seats.
After seat allotment, candidates will have to report to the college for document verification and payment of Academic fees.

Documents required for admission:

Print out of Bank Challan generated after successful online submission of the form.
Print out of duly filled-in Application Form with photograph pasted on.
Mark-sheet (original as well as one unattested photocopy) of Class XII examination.
Age-verification certificate i.e. Class X mark sheet or equivalent (original as well as the attested photocopy).
Original Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (from competent authority)
Original Physically challenged certificate (if applicable)
Family Income Certificate from competent authority in the original
Three Recent Stamp size color photographs.
Candidates must be accompanied by her guardian (with I-card) while taking admission.
Photocopies of all testimonials (as mentioned above).

Admission:

This college is morning college, so I had a lot of time to study the content and engage is other cocurricular activities like singing or guitar. There is no exams as such, however people will have to apply through the portal and have to pay a very small fee for registration. Exams fee should be paid after people have enrolled their subjects into the Calcutta University portal and pay a very small amount of fee.

1. Eligibility of the course: Students must have taken Maths and Physics in 11 and 12. The average of all subjects should be at least 50%. 2. Application form: Search the name of the college in Google and click on their website link to view all kinds of information regarding the application process. After higher secondary keep an eye on the website so the moment they update any kind of information regarding new admissions you will know. 3. Exams: The main exams are conducted by Calcutta University, which schedules dates, distributes admit cards, and so on.

Admission:

There was no entrance exam on the basis of 12th marks they took admission and the cut-off was 75% you will get the application form on the college website only application fees are very minimal amount. It is situated in Shyambazar, Kolkata. They have reservations about benefits too.

Admission:

The eligibility of the course is, if you want to take honours in any subject then you have to score above 60% in that particular subject. I find the application on Google and there were no application fee. Yes the reservation benifits are also there.

The eligibility criteria for admission in B Com Honours is to score 60% in +2 from a recognised board. Students must also have any of the following Mathematics/Statistics/Accounts/Economics as a compulsory subject.
