The course at Ismail Yusuf College in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai, offers affordable education, with the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) program costing around 7,000 INR. The faculty is known for being both friendly and strict, emphasizing academic integrity and ensuring exams are conducted under strict supervision to prevent cheating. Although practical experience is a significant part of the curriculum, job opportunities are limited. Many students end up in unrelated jobs, such as back office roles or as Medical Representatives (MR).
Pursuing a master's degree or additional courses can improve career prospects. The college campus is extensive, covering 60 acres with a rich biodiversity, including 30,000 varieties of trees and over 50 types of butterflies. The infrastructure, especially the laboratories for botany majors, is highly rated, and security is satisfactory. The supportive faculty and overall positive environment contribute to an impressive rating of 9.5 out of 10.
