Sal Institute of Management Ahmedabad Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

In this college students are eligible to sit in placement is sem 3 and college is provided the placement . The many companies are visited more than 20+ company . The highest package placement is 11 lakh in byjus . And minimum package is 3 lakh . In this college 40 percentage students are got placement. My plan is after getting degree is my business startup.

The placement cell provides assistance for the students by inviting multiple companies for the recruitment process. Students are hired for multiple profiles like Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, Consumer durables, and Retail. The packages offered were not satisfying and still has a lot of room for improvement. Companies like IBM, Infosys, Idea, etc recruited students from our college.

The placement and job opportunities is so good. The average package is also too low for students. The placement cell should be improved and should be more concerned about the students and the average package.

As per my knowledge, my college gives you good placement for students but I am in the second sem that’s why I am not conducted in placement and internship programs but in the previous batch, there is a very good placement are done in my college as well as our college gives you good internship companies to grow our students.

Placement is a very crucial part of any college. And for MBA, a good placement is absolutely necessary for the graduating students. Our college keeps their promise by providing job and internship opportunities to the graduating students. Recruiters from various companies like Apollo Munich, Amazon, Asian Paints, Axis, Flipkart, Edelweiss etc come to our campus and conduct a placement drive.

Since it is a new institute established in 2009 so it will take time to grow. Placements are average and many companies visit the campus every year with offers of internships and job opportunities for the students.

Placement is good but only top 10 students from each field are selected for placements and job interviews, other students should get a chance for the job interviews. College is not supportive of job opportunities as per some pass out students. Only 2 or 3 students got a package of 8 lakhs per annum rest got around 1 or 2 lakhs.
