Hostel Facilities:
Hostel facility is very good, the room are clean are comfortable.
The meal is good for students health.
For different years hostel buildings is different, no ragging in hostel by others, locality is good for take rent room.

All types and all stream book is available in our college The name of the annual fest is Recorrenza and the departmental annual fest is Euphoriam Amenities in classroom is good Extracurricular activities on campus are rabindra joyonti

Campus Life:
Life is a balance between huge syllabus and exam pressure in one hand and fun with friends and so much things on the other.
Fest is known as 'BEATS' and usually conducted in the month of October having a duration of 3 days and so many fun activities.
All sorts of books of Indian and International authors,journals,and a AC reading room is available in the library,book can also be borrowed for some time period.
Classrooms are quipped with AC,Projection screen,more than sufficient lights,fans,and high quality sound system,also Non AC lecture halls are very well ventilated.
Lots of extra carricular acitivities are there on various important days like 15th Aug,26th Jan,Holi,Pujas,X Mas,Eid etc.
There is a student union in the college.

We do get a freshers party or event you can call it at the start of every year of our college life it happens between February to march
The Central Library is very big and we get access to lots of books.

Hostel Facilities:
Hostel rooms are available from the first year onwards for both boys and girls separately. The meal is available both in hostel canteen and college canteen. Different types of foods are available and the quality of food is moderate. We got recruited in the hostel directly from the admission desks.

Hostels are free. in every room, 2 hostelers have to stay and there are 7 washroom for around 60 people in each floor of the hostel. maintenance is bad. students call for maintainance services.

Our college have god labs all the things are present at the lab,we have no big field for play ,but we have to go neighbours playground for playing football.,cricket,.But in the hostel room we have a common room ,we play carram,table tennis.

2 hostels. Students hostel gives accommodation to students from 1st to final year students, boys and girls both. Twin sharing room, common shared bathroom. Lifts present in the hostel. Internship hostel for accommodation for interns and junior residents, single room for each and 1 bathroom for every 2 rooms. Lifts present.

Yes I have opted for the hostel.2 students share one room.Is messy and not clean.Much cleanliness work is to be done for regular basis.
Avg Rent - 144pa.
Rooms are airy, sunshine comes.But as it's beside the highway lots of dust come too

Annual sports events occurs every year.Besides this there is Gaming room in the hostel.there is table tennis board.moreover there is a football tournament arranged by the students.Badminton is played in the sports ground

The answer for this question depends on your perspective. If you are a resident of Malda, whether you are from a more developed area and the lifestyle you are used to.
- Compared to the institutes in Kolkata, Malda Medical College is new.
- As it is new, the hostels are obviously in a good condition.
- The hostels are also well maintained.
- If you come across problems, they will be taken care of as soon as possible.
- There is a shortage of rooms in the hostels but that problem is being taken care of.
- The rooms are more or less clean.
- Food from the canteen is cheap but it is not worth it.

Lastly, it can be said that you can only trust homemade food as the food quality in the canteen is very bad. The campus is not that big and there is not even a playground on the campus. Also, the faculty are rotated in all the medical colleges of West Bengal so you will never find a professor in the college all the time.
