How many hostels does the college campus have?

The college provides a total of 5 hostels, out of which 4 are provided to boys and 1 is provided to girls. The 4 boys hostels have 505 seats in total and the girls hostel has 75 seats. Girls hostel has Triple seater rooms while boys hostels have Single Seater (AC and Non AC rooms), Double Seater (AC and Non AC rooms) and Triple Seater (AC and Non AC rooms).

What are the different indoor and outdoor games at JMIETI?

The indoor games include Table tennis, Chess and Carrom while the outdoor games include Cricket, Football, Softball, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton and Kabaddi. The gymnasium at the college has a cycle, jogger, weight lifting sets and dumbbells and much more.

What activities are conducted in the departments for students?

Various industrial visits, workshops, educational tours, expert lectures and guest lectures are organized for students studying in all the branches. For 2nd year Civil Engineering students a survey camp is also organized.

This collage have contracts with a lot of companies and when you arive in 6th sem you will be eligible for the placement and you can sit and give interviews. They give you the classes so you will crack the interview easily. There is every thing you can find for complete you graduation and take a placement.

Infrastructure is very nice. Campus is full of greenery.

Dislikes

Campus size is small. There are not much things to explore in campus.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible in their 4th year for placements. The maximum on-campus package offer is 5-6 lpa. And average package is 2.2 lpa. 70-80% got placed from our college. Few students plan for preparation of government exmas and few prepare for masters.

Quality education is there because mentors pay a lot of attention, are very helpful, always ready to listen to your problems nd overall are amazing teachers,
Participation is highly encouraged and everythings is open for everyone, students by participating builds their personalities and learn new things, You can see students having a say in almost every function and activity.
Frequent activities and workshops are organised for students to learn and develop, every special occasion is acknowledged and overall activities related to many topics are organised.

Dislikes

There's not a lot of students you can see on campus, it's not very hectic like many other colleges.
College clubs are there but only a few are the active ones.

Placement Experience:

• Many companies visit the college, average salary package is about 4-5 Lakhs. • TCS and WIPRO are some known companies that visit. • Highest salary package was 10.25 Lakhs. • A total number of placement offers is 245.

Good thing is that the surrounding is made very nice . Bad thing is that they don't let us go before 4pm once we enter the college . But if any emergency then they give us permission.
