Good but not Bad

Likes

A students wants to do something related to their academic they can go and use labs anytime with just simple steps.
In college we can ask for any kind of help and this help can be personal and professional as well. The teachers are very interactive and supportive.
If students wants to bunk their classes they can't Because the faculty are very attentive and they wants students to study only.

Dislikes

In the college teachers force students to take all classes.
Students are going to college regularly just to make sure that they have 75 percent attendance in that semester for internal scores.

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester student can apply for internships and for placement student should be in 5th semester of his or her college life. There's very difficulties in getting placed by the company because few of the company comes to college and very fewer gets placed. So student must develop the skills on their own and apply for off campus selection. More than 8.5 cgpa for average package and more than 9 cgpa is required for a good company... I'm planning to give upsc exams after graduation

Some talk on my College

Likes

Everything is good in my college the environment the faculty were very friendly and helpful.
College timings was good as students from Villages can easily get into a college on time.

Placement Experience:

Not much helpful in terms of placements.not very big MNC companies visit there and average packages are not much high the faculty will not guide you about placements you have to prepare on your own and apply for offline placements.

From fresher to senior at SBITM

Likes

The quality of social interactions is good.
Infrastructure of college is also good. There are sufficient number of classrooms for students of every branches.

Dislikes

The teaching qualities might be improved.
Lab facilities including computers must be improved.
There should be on campus placement criteria for students to make their career good.

Internships Opportunities:

There are no such internship opportunities provided by college for students. But they usually encourages students to do internships provided off campus. There are also time for project works provided in third or fourth years in which students make their minor and major projects respectively.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th or 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. there are too many it companies visited here like TCS Infosys etc. The highest package in this college is 8lpa. From my point of view, this college is not suitable for good campus placement.

Internships Opportunities:

Companies such as hero motocorp and tata motors offered the role of graduate engineer trainee with the stipend of between 18 to 19. 7 thousand per month and I prefer hero moto corp. The company gives task regarding the designing of the vehicle and making the proper outlook of the vehicle pattern

Placement Experience:

Yup! There is less facilities of placement and job opportunity. Some government and private companies are came here but the number of placements from the different department of the college is very low. College management have to work on it.As i think.

Placement Experience:

Placement is not at all good. They don't call core companies for ME,CE and other branches. They call companies of marketing that too with a very low package offering. So in term of placement they require alot of improvement.
