The college faculty is generally well-qualified, consisting mainly of MD or DNB doctors with substantial experience. Each class of 120 students is supported by approximately 5-6 faculty members. Despite the good faculty-to-student ratio and the presence of heads of departments and postgraduate students, the teaching method has been criticized for being unengaging, focusing more on reading slides and asking questions rather than practical study.

Attendance is prioritized over effective teaching methods. The faculty maintains a balance between strictness and approachability, with some professors noted for making subjects interesting. The ENT department is particularly noted for its exposure to numerous cases. Examinations are conducted biannually, with preliminary tests leading up to university exams.
