My Glimpse of srtr gmc ambajogai

Likes

College campus is very good and clean.Good environment.
Teaching staff is very good.There are one the best anatomy classes comducted by the teachers.
Girls to boys ratio in our class is 70girls to 80 boys.

Dislikes

Overall college is good but the city is not well developed like high tech cities like mumbai and pune.
Connectivity of city is only through roadways.No railway transport.
College is a little bit far from main city market

Internships Opportunities:

Inernship service is automatically alloted by the college after passing out all the four years.Internship service is to be performed in the college campus and hospital itself with17000 rupees monthly income

Glimpse of SRTR GMC

Likes

College campus is well oriented and properly feeded by the necessities
Well behaved staff and local guardians for the welfare of the students
PowerPoint presentations with well explained and detailed discussions after the lectures

Dislikes

This is a rural localised college hence difficult to adapt initially
Improper transport for the rest of Maharashtra students
Sports and cultural activities needs to be improvised

Internships Opportunities:

We are paid 18,000 /- per month by the government of Maharashtra for our work in hospital. We have opportunity for doing placement as a medical officer here which we will be doing a year after after completion of internship

This is Asia's First Rural Medical College.
Library and Hostels are good. Library is open for 24 hrs.
During internship, Patient exposure is too good.

Dislikes

It is situated in a town where there is no place for hang out.
There is no railway station at this place.
There is transportation problem in this town.

There is one year of rotatory internship in various clinical and para clinical departments within the college. Patient exposure is very good. Stipend is government decided about 18000 per month. 1-1 month RHTC and UHTC internship is also included.
