After the internship, the student can easily opt for jobs. The student have to work in government medical care for 2 years as per the bond stated. But if the student got qualified in next / neet pg entrance exam they become free from bond criteria. My plan after getting my degree is to pursue for post graduate courses.

Internship begins after passing final year of mbbs where you sit in opd and examine patients, sit in wards.
Internship includes rotational postings in each department including emergency department.
Sometimes in some departments internship is very hectic and is light in some departments.
Example. In psm department you get to visit field areas for medical camps.

There is no placement as it's a medical college, so according to DCI, as doctors you donot have a placement according to the medical board. However the college provides good internships with a stipend of Rs 10,000 per month for one year.
We can also work as assistants and prepare for PG side by side. The internship experience is great and we get hands on experience on every aspect and are provided with the required tools and technology too.
