Ans. Yes, MGAC has separate hostels for boys and girls students, providing affordable accommodation that is sponsored by the college accommodation office providing basic amenities like cleaning and fried on site safety at the expense of the accommodation. Furthermore, hostel places are limited and allocated on a first come, first serve basis, and, priority for accommodation of students living the farthest away from campus. In addition to room and board, students will enjoy cultural and recreational events that foster engagement and a balance of academic as well as personal pursuits.

Ans. MGAC provides many scholarships and fee concessions from government and institutional sources to students coming from financially disadvantaged sections and backward classes, SC/ST students and other meritorious students. The scholarships include those provided through state and central government sources such as Post-Matric Scholarship, BC/MBC/DNC Scholarship, SC/ST Scholarship, and National Merit Scholarships. These students once eligible need to apply with proper income and community/ caste certificates. These scholarships, combined with the already very low fee structure make education very affordable for the most underprivileged students.

Ans. MGAC has quite qualified faculty, as most of the professors hold a Ph.D. or M.Phil. degree in their specific area of study. As a government institution, the teachers at MGAC go through competitive state-level state exams for recruitment, leading to quality in teaching. The faculty members also engage in research and write and publish research papers and supervise postgraduate and doctoral students in their research. Faculty members will mostly support student mentoring for higher studies and placements in jobs or support in competition exams for placements, which provides a overall quality in study experiences.
