Faculties in the college are very experienced and there are both visiting and full-time faculties. The visiting faculties are professionals who have experience in the respective fields and are managers already.

The faculty are experienced and apart from the college faculty, there are also visiting faculties who are experts in their respective fields who come to teach us some of the concepts. Most of the faculty are patient in explaining the concepts and clearing any doubts.

They provide no of the lectures as per Anna university guidelines. Yes, the industrial mentor class were dealed and subject by providing case studies. It is a very different learning experience in kbss. As then and there the clarified all the doubts that were asked by the students.

The faculty class, as well as industrial mentor class, helps me to learn subjects in a practical way. It is very useful in my carrier also. Our staff member will give as then and their clarification to us. They also guided us in placement activities by which we can able to get more information.

The faculty pool is the core strength of the college, were many of them are having industry experience. Core concepts and subjects are handled by visiting faculties from various industrial sectors, where they are one of the leading experts in their field.

For every subject apart from college lecturers, they arrange to outsource lecturers to take classes every week. I helps to identify the importance of subject topics. Many video sessions are very supportive of encouraging ourselves. Through the internship, we got the best training and helps to develop our skill and knowledge.

The majority of our faculties are PhD graduates and they were so down to earth and they use to guide us in all aspects like presenting papers in other colleges and participating in other events that happened outside of our campus. Also, they use to relate our academics with the organization practices which we felt useful now after joining and working in Companies.

10 professors and other technical and office staffs, KBSS have mentor and mentees concept, if students have any doubts or any queries related to studies or personal grounds we easily contact staffs at any time and all the professor's having industry knowledge which is helpful for MBA students.

Around 10 staff are working at our college. The strength of this college is our faculty team. The there average age was around 30 and Our staff are complete PhD and doing a PhD also. Many staff having industry knowledge to deliver industry-related knowledge to students.

Faculty are their pillar of the management. Each and every faculy are friendly and helped me to correct my mistakes and also encouraged me to do the things towards the goal in my way. The management also arranged the Faculty from the Industries like Mr.Satheesh Krishnamoorthy specialized in Marketing, Mr.Kathoorirajan specialized in Strategic Management and Mr.Srinivasan certified in SIX SIGMA. Those people helped me a lot along with the professors to grow up in my career.
