A minimum of 50 percentile is a must in CAT / MAT / KMAT / ATMA / XAT / PGCET exam to get admission to RIMS Bangalore.

I have 47.90 percentile in the CAT exam. Am I eligible for admission?

You should apply for the admissions. At the time of admission, the overall percentile and performance of the student are considered. CAT exam score is a part of the selection process and not the whole process.

How many specializations do RIMS have in PGDM? Am I Supposed to select a specialization at the time of admission?

There are 7 specializations at RIMS. They are HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, International Business, Business Analytics.No, not at the time of admission but at the beginning of the second year. Students are offered specialization according to their performance in the first year from which they have to choose one.

Does RIMS provide hostel facility?

RIMS provides hostel accommodation to students with all the basic facilities that are necessary for students. Hostels are separate for boys and girls and have 24-hour water and electricity supply.

Is it mandatory to opt for a value-added course at RIMS?

Yes, at RIMS students are compulsorily taught value-added courses to make them industry-ready with pleasing personality, good communication skills, patience, Japanese case study, and presentation, and much more.

The actual number is 1,50,000 for each student per year and for the local residents student who want to take admission can pay up to 1,20,000. For local or those living in karnataka or Bengaluru pay less amount of fee compare to others as of their local advantage .. further there is no scholarship.
