When I was in my first and second year of college, lecturers were few and far between. All subjects were lecturers for 3 & 4 years, most of them are lecturers with no prior experience leaving the post graduate. Only a few are experienced lecturers.my suggestions appoint to experience professors

The faculty of the college is well learned in their areas of specialization. They pay emphasis in teaching the students with the best knowledge that they have. They're helpful and approachable towards the students.

College's faculty teaches the students enthusiastically so that their interest in the subject is retained throughout the session. Also, they participate in teaching seminars and workshops to learn more about how they can teach better.
