My college experience

Likes

Food is very good every day they will provide chicken and egg most of the days both afternoon and night both veg and non veg they will provide. They will provide more quantity to eat. They used fresh vegetables for cooking. Every Saturday omellate
Teaching staff is also good they will clear every doubt and they will teach in a jolly way with out any stress
Management is very good. If I have any doubts about fees bills they will explain clearly

Dislikes

Some teachers are rude they will not teach anything.
For any leaves we need to get approval from every staff and student incharge and hod also
For some events they will not ask our opinion for dress code they will decide and we need to agree

Admission:

Management is good. I joined that time mobile phones are not allowed a d they have strict dress code. It is good to join there because we can learn discipline and food is also very good. I joined via counciling based on cutoff marks.

Likes

Social life's in college where connecting with others
We can learn from others who as the knowledge than us
Visitors are the best persons who are allowed us to teach about the jobs and struggle in this generation

Dislikes

Same Food time table for weeks and weeks and the students are bored eating those.
Some faculty are really good teachers but some they knows about the topic but unable to deliver clear explanation
The campus is small thus we can't sit and enjoy the environment

Admission:

I have applied many colleges like SRM, Sathyabama, Saveetha engineering College Autonomous, Panimalar, etc.. but jeppiaar institute of technology was the only college doesn't ask any donation and make this affordable. Mainly I wrote entrance exam at VIT Chennai but unfortunately I didn't get selected for this course. So I went through JIT. They process of selecting students in JIT was easy. First they registered and blocked a seat for myself and they analysed my marks and myself. They were calculating my stats in the schooling and finally after analysing my stats they were ready block for AI&DS course. Then finally I got my seat in JIT

Likes

The first thing I liked was the faculties support always for their students and the way of teaching.
The food they provide is far better . They provide three meals a day , including tea two times per day.
The infrastructure it had was very good and the labs where so nice to use throughout the college life.

Dislikes

They could've increased the placement opportunities a little bit , cause some companies did not come to intake students.
The college was very strict, this doesn't comes under dislike , but I'm mentioning this as my point of view.
The college is to far, this is one of my biggest dislikes. I used to travel 3 hours to reach the college and go back to home.

Admission:

First of all, I did not get any rejection from other colleges . I applied to colleges like RMK , SIMATS, panimalar also . The first college I applied was JIT , So i got it and selected my college . The admission process is very easy and all you have to do is follow the staff . They guide you very well.

My journey at JIT

Likes

Infrastructure is very well maintained and trees are everywhere
We have friendly staffs and student friendly xerox reprography
They offer meal for breakfast and lunch which are very nice and they offer both veg and non-veg

Dislikes

The college doesnot provide regular curriculum before the college started
Bus drivers talk harshly sometimes and wont stop us at our exact point at traffuc times
While eating breakfast it is served as buffet system it makes us stand and ear in the morning

Admission:

I applied to vellore institute of technology and i got selected by writing entrance exam. I did not choose VIT because it is a huge campus providing huge opportunities but it often doesnt come inhand like an average student like me . I chose JIT because it provides equal opportunity

Likes

I personally liked the relationship between the students and the faculties. They will be si friendly and they will make use understand everything . They will help use clear all our exam and also they will make us a good human being.this is the best .
Jeppiaar Institute of Technology is a Wi-Fi campus and libraries exist here. In every classroom, at least one projector would be available. For every department, laboratories are available with more computers and air conditioning.
Technology plays a vital role in society and also in futility. An information technology course makes you step up in the technological world. The programming languages should be at an advanced level.

Dislikes

I didn't like the rules they provide for the dress code.
In this college I didn't like they food they providing during Tuesday and Friday. Otherwise everything is good .
The attendance in this college is very strict

Admission:

My cut off is 8.97 I got a seat via councelling. Seat will be available in manage quato. No entrance exam. After you got your allotment order from councelling take a print of that order go to college they will provide the application form fill that add attach your mark sheet and required documents with that and you may proceed to pay your fees . If you are a first garduate you should attach the first graduate certificate so that using that the college will provide discount on your fees .

Admission:

Firstly, I cleared my 10+2 examination with good overall percentage which helped me get a decent cut-off. The cut-off was then taken into consideration for the counselling conducted by TNEA where I applied for B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering at Jeppiaar Institute of Technology and luckily I got selected. Generally, the Cut-off percentage is 45% for General and 40% for SC/ST/OBC in Higher Secondary Examination.
