SVUCE M.Tech Production Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Admission to the university's postgraduate courses can be obtained via three routes: GATE, PGECET, and Sponsored. The tuition fee for the Sponsored category is 101,000 INR per annum, whereas for the GATE and PGECET categories, it is 36,400 INR. The Production Engineering branch offers extensive opportunities for further studies, though the teaching quality in Mechanical Engineering is criticized for lacking effectiveness and inconsistent class schedules. Annual sports activities are conducted.

The cost of living is reasonable, and it is suggested to join through the GATE category for better prospects. However, the placement rates for postgraduate students, particularly in the Mechanical Engineering department, are notably low. Infosys is the only company that generally recruits Mechanical PG graduates, although it did not do so for the 2020 batch due to unspecified reasons.
