As per the government of maharashtra the the scheme called 'aaple sarkar' under the government provides scholarship for only those who are selected in college as per the merit lis scholarship is applied for all students. Loan facilities by college is not clearly known.

As per government of maharashtra students who are in under category they can receive scholarship but you must have selected via cap round or selection list otherwise you will not able to receive scholarship loan facilities available or not I really don't because I didn't ask for college.
