To get admission in B.Tech/ Diploma, the eligibility criteria are:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 in the science stream with at least 50% marks.
• Also, they must have studied Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects at the 10+2 level.

NSIT B.Tech/Diploma Selection Criteria

• Candidates seeking admission under B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering at NSIT must have a valid score of JEE Main or BPTPIA.
• Admission to both courses depends on any of the above exam scores.
• The qualified candidates will be called for the counselling process.
• Students who have qualified JEE Main need to appear for the JoSAA Counselling. Those who have qualified for BPTPIA need to participate in the BPTPIA Counselling.
• During the counselling, candidates need to register, pay the counselling fee and pick the preferred course & college (NSIT Patna) and get their documents verified.
• Post counselling, the concerned authority will allot seats to candidates based on the score obtained and choices filled.
• Applicants who are allotted a seat need to report to the allocated college to confirm the seat.
