- The Department of Philosophy at Syamaprasad College has released the list of selected candidates in order of merit based on interview marks and the allotted admission to Ph.D. Programme 2024. Click here to check.
- Calcutta University Online PG Registration Process has started. Students admitted to the PG courses must upload the relevant documents from Nov 6 to Dec 31, 2024. Further, Migrating Students must submit a hardcopy of the Students’ Registration Form at the Registrar’s Office from Nov 11 along with other required documents.
- The last date to apply for M.Music Courses 2024-2025 is Nov 11, 2024. The entrance test is scheduled for Nov 14, 2024. To check the complete schedule, click here.
- Applications are invited for admission to LLM/MSc/MA in Human Rights (Self-Financing Course). Aspirants can submit the online application forms through the university’s website (caluniv.ac.in) from Oct 25 to Nov 8, 2024. Entrance Test for the course is scheduled on Dec 1, 2024.

- There is nothing to dislike the college but i got one point the college union need to be polite

I have paid admission fees of ?8200 And in 1st semester- 3500 2nd semester - 3500 3rd semester -3600 4th semester - 3600 5th semester -3800 6th semester - 3800 I got admission in merit basic nmy name got on the list

- Evening timing:- This is an evening college which helps working students to not to compromise in their job timings.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure:- The infrastructure is not so good.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Year wise fees is 7000 approx. The college is really good. The teachers help students. This is an evening college and near metro Jatin Das Park. The 3 year course fee of B.com (H) in accounting and finance will be approx 21000 approx.
Likes
- Even though it is an evening college, the faculty is surprisingly really good, very cooperative and encouraging.
Dislikes
- The political students union is something which I didn't like
Fees and Financial Aid:
Since Syamaprasad College is a government college, the fees structure is very nominal, it's as low as it can get. I was Bcom and the person semester fees was around 3500/- on an average making it a yearly fees of around 7000/- more or less.

- The campus is really nice neet and clean
- The respected professors are really helpful
Dislikes
- Only few classes are ac most of the classes are non ac
- The canteen food in not bad but also not sooo good

The course fee is affordable for all Also college provide scholarships for needy students Evry student have to pay 10000 approx per year 5000 per semister . Which is really low than other colleges .
Likes
- Examination questions and syllabus is good enough
- Faculty and our co batch mate's are good
Dislikes
- Examinations process is.bad for students
- The centres of examinations are given far away from college

Tuition fees is a little much for BA general. It is priced 3005 for an year of my college life. Means 2 semester. Many compulsory course are available, you can opt for them, they starts with a registration fees of rs 1000 minimum

calcutta univercity fees is yearly 30000 inr, for honrs, and pass course cost 2000inr, i got kanyasree scholarship for study, you can pay by partly your fees.campus provideing tcs , other better company.

- College bathroom is not good and stop smoking.
- My course is very good and many opportunity in our course.

• No fees hik policy and my course fees is permanent... Rs. 3310 . • I no got any scholarship, financial assistance and any job got on campus.
Likes
- nice big classrooms for students like 90-100 seats
- teachers are well behaved with the students and really polite
Dislikes
- less maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness
- they don't have their own playground for their students

fees are very affordable e.g its rs 4250 for semester 1 and it just increase by rs100 every successive semester ,well i dont indulge myself on campus duties but there are scholarships in our college n kanya rashi

Fees are too low, anyone can afford it, and the study is also good, Because college is semi-government, its fees are normal. Teachers are also good, education is good in college. I think you can take admission here.

Your overall cost of any course in this college is a minimum of 6000 per year. This all includes libraries fees, tuition fees, etc. Both government and private scholarships you'll get here but if you have scored at least 60% then you'll easily apply for swami Vivek ananda, aikyashree, hdfc bank scholarships etc.
