I already told, Admission fee in college, course fee, if one has to stay in a hostel, then there was a separate fee, it depended on the courses.
We can say, it's approximately amount between 6 to10 Lakh.

Scholarships available for orphan and disability students and also for SC and ST students they provide better courses on less fees the NSP Scholarship for Jammu and Kashmir students and also available for punjab students

There was a scholarship but I am not aware of because I as not in scholarship. So it was good for those who are in scholarship and loan facility was not there in our college Lala Lajpat rai institute of management.
