Islamia College of Science and Commerce Srinagar Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

From 3rd semester of masters students are eligible for placement The highest package of student was 4LPA There are 30% of students who gets placed every year After getting the degree I am preparing for further studies abroad

Most of the time 6-semester students get placements offered and most of them are in the commerce stream and not many in other streams I must say, though the degree doesn't matter there should be some serious discussion on that. Not a lot of companies visit this institution, most of them are private sector companies, public/private banks, the Mumbai stock exchange, etc. The salaries the student gets after placement is almost 15000-20000Rs in starting and above 40000 would be a rare case. The percentage of students getting placements is between 40-50%. Well my plans after I will complete my degree is like I would be to prepare for the foreign country exam and try to go and start working on my career from there that's decided and there will be no change in my plans, it's my dream to live a good, very healthy and happy lifestyle there and you know the situation in our country is not as it's in other countries, and life is different there.

There were many opportunities available in your college for internships like banks, firms, Online companys tele cast offices and many other departments where a student can do internships and do something in their future

We aren't given internship programme by the college but an individual teacher may show some interest in helping out with the matter. Research on snow leopard , hangul etc. Any interested candidate can join but the requirement is too less(4-5 students). All can't join. And bsc course doesn't have internship. Pg has.

I don't know about this ... But may be there were some companies and roles offered under internship and stipend But recently our college held program about G 20 may be there was a role But we students enjoy a lot and that give us perfect lesson...save earth save life ????

Internships are provided under PG course and are best for students I am pursuing ug course so I don't have knowledge of same but I have seen a lot of students happy with internships offered to them and I hope in future I can take the benefit of these too

Tata, reliance, airtel, and many more companies come to our place for internships and the roles they offered to students are business manager, business analyst, etc and the minimum stipend was 22000. They provide projects for students to make them future-ready.

The college organizes internship opportunities every year. Some companies that come to our college were IBM, and Tech Mahindra and the roles offered as a software designer, software architecture and much more and the stipend was about 25,000. They gave projects to improve practical knowledge and make students future-ready.

At that time, placement cell of college was almost defuct. They just suggested some corporate sector and industries where one have to go and apply for the job. But the thing was that many companies have not vacancies that time. I think placement and training cell must be enhanced.

jobs and placements are very good in ky college because my college principal knows that we students in Kashmir are no scope after even studying so that he keeps his placements and jobs opportunity in college very good
