By the third semester, ICRI postgraduate students begin participating in internship interviews, with a focus on securing direct placements for those who excel academically. Each student is guaranteed three interview opportunities and receives guidance for additional applications if necessary, contributing to a 100% placement rate. Placement packages vary from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 15 lakh annually, depending on the company and the student's skill level, with over 20 companies, including Sun Pharma and Cipla, recruiting from ICRI.

The placement process offers personalized support through CV preparation and mock interviews led by a placement manager. In their fourth semester, students complete a major project, enhancing both their academic and professional growth. The master's course in clinical research at ICRI costs around 4.5 lakh INR for the entire year, typically divided into an admission fee of 50,000 INR and an annual fee of 2 lakh INR. Fees can differ based on campus affiliations, with the Pune campus linked to DY Patil and the Mumbai campus known for excellent internship and placement prospects.
