Simple review on Graphic Era

Likes

College campus and here faculty are very helpful and senior are very friendly
Hair classrooms are very good and teaching structure is also very nice
Here canteen foods are very delicious and very affordable also

Dislikes

Mess food is sometimes not so good in taste
Sometimes you don't have freedom to go anywhere

Likes

I appreciated the environment and discipline in college.
Engagement is good. There are lots of clubs and opportunities for all students with different interests
Infrastructure and facilities are good, Teachers are amiable and are good mentors.

Dislikes

Busy and hectic schedule and programs are not managed or organised nicely

Internships Opportunities:

Since I am a first year student, I personally don't know much avout the projects required but as of seriors, they told us a lot of companies vist and they give a wide range of opportunities for students.

Life at GEU

Likes

College environment, there is lot of greenery in the campus.
Our annual fest also known as GRAFEST is the most awaiting moment.
The faculties are very supportive and helping.

Dislikes

The tuition fee is little high it could be the burden for students of the lower-income background but you can avail various scholarship that are provided by our college.

Internships Opportunities:

Basically, the internships are provided in the third year of B. Tech companies like De Shaw come with a package of 1.25 lakhs and Microsoft also hires interns based on the Microsoft Sefa program, many students of my batch got selected for Microsoft and one of them got selected for De Shaw. JP Morgan also hires interns from our college in which many students from our college got selected for the final round which was held in Bengaluru in their premises.

campus life the vibrant campus life and numerous events foster a great sense of community
faculty professors are knowledgeable and approachable providing good mentroship
infrastructure the campus facilities including labs and libraries are modern and well maintained

Dislikes

some administrative procedures can be slow causing delay
the system for gathering students feedback on courses could be more effective
some subjects feel less rigorous which may not challenge all students adequately

Internships Opportunities:

the college offers a range of internship opportunities with companies like tcs wipro amazon adobe nvidia offering roles such as software developer business analyst etc with stipends averaging 12 LPA projects often include real world tasks like developing apps, analyzing market trends or conducting research.

I am a second year student but the companies who come is very good and give a many many lakhs of placements and give a big opportunity to the students to job on the Amazon Google adobe like companies

Teachers are very friendly here and support you at every level
Campus is the main focus of this college and gives you a full vibe of college life
GEU have one of the best infrastructure in our country and also look beautiful

Dislikes

There is a lot of student in this university which makes it crowded
High rents and food price in college area
There are charges for every thing if you want to change your mobile number they even charge you for that

Internships Opportunities:

Recently a girl from graphic era placed at google and got 60 lakh package Many companies comes in graphic era Like infosys zomato disney etc Average placement is about 8-10 lakh And there is 85-89 percent selection rate

placement services limited non-tech job opportunities
gender ratio about 70 percent boys to 30 percent girls affecting social dynamics
curriculum too theoretical lacking practical industry exposure

Placement Experience:

at graphic era university students become eligible for campus placment from the seventh semester top companies like tcs wipro infosys capgemini and amazon visit with many making multiple offers the highest package offered last year was around 50 LPA while the average prackage ranges between 7-9 LPA depending on the profile

My Experience in Graphic Era (Deemed to be University)

They have Very good facility members .Helping in nature
College Campus infrastructure is Very Good
Classrooms are Very good and Spacious and air ventilation is good

Dislikes

Classes are little bit suffocating and humidity level is high
Mess Food of Hostel is little bit not good
Some buildings are far away you need to walk some miles for classes

Placement Experience:

Placement is average to be honest . Placement percentage is around 90% plus for CSE branch . Many software giants companies like Amazon, Wipro, Flipkart, Google visits our college every year,and maximum students got placed

1. The discipline inside the classroom is opt for students who like to study.
Various clubs provided to students to participate and upskill themselves.
Libraries opened in college timings provided with books.

Dislikes

Too much fees for everything , specially the uniform , denied the students to buy it from somewhere else
Little little costs for everything like registrations in clubs etc etc. Didn't even Provide lab coats with such costly uniforms , had to buy it ourselves.
Classes are not static timingwise , not apt for students.

Internships Opportunities:

Interships are provided in all courses. I have seen the internship students taking up projects in greas companies like ONGC as well. Many companies do come here and many students are recruited. Amazon , Google , Wipro , Infosys
