G D Goenka School of Law is located in Sohna, Gurugram and is a unit of G D Goenka University, Gurgaon, which laid its foundation in 2013. It is one of the best colleges in the Delhi NCR region. It is the top college of law in the city of Gurgaon. The college has the approval of Bar Council of India.
In 2019, Forbes India ranked the University as among the Great Indian Institutes. Also, in 2019 in the National education Summit organised by ASSOCHAM India GD Goenka University was awarded the title of most preferred Private University.
Applications for admission to the college can be made either through online or offline modes.
The college offers two types of graduate programmes, first is LL.B.(Hons.) which is a 3-year programme and the second one is Integrated B.A./BBA/B. Com LL.B.(Hons.) which is a 5- year programme. 1-year master’s programme in law i.e., LLM and PhD programmes are also offered by the college.
Minimum eligibility for taking admission to graduate courses is Intermediate Examination. Graduation is also required to pursue LLB(Hons.) and masters from the college. For PhD, a student must hold a master’s degree from a recognized university.
A student taking admission to the college has to appear for a Goenka Aptitude Test (GATA) and a Personal Interview conducted by the college.

Admission to the college is made on the basis of academic performance and eligibility. Applications received online and offline will be scrutinized and selected candidates will be issued admit card for the entrance test GATA (Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission).
GATA is conducted to evaluate English language, general knowledge, analytical skills, scientific, mathematical, logical reasoning of the student. In case of offline applications, it must be received by the college 10 days before the date of GATA.

Course curriculum is good note that different from the other colleges and exam structure is live 4 exams per year and then the main exam Labs are not there there are some court rooms that we can practice on that for what we are studying
