The College and the students..

Likes

The infrastructure of the university is quite good as it is state government University.All the classes as proper arrangements of smart boards and a good sitting arrangement.
The professor are quite knowledge,they know what they teach.
You can play many sports if u r interested in them like football, basketball, badminton, cricket,etc.And the view of college is quite good.

Dislikes

Overall Placement is not that good but u have to focus on your skills.
They won't pay much attention to every student as the college is quite big.
It's hard to interact much with professor.

Placement Experience:

The Placement of my college aren't that good but still those who have skills will get good placement.So I will Focus on improving my skills in finance domain and get a good job. 1.Maybe from 5th or 6th semester students might be eligible for the campus placement. 2.Wipro 3.highest package was around 21lpa or something and average package might vary around 2 to 3 lpa. 4.Maybe 60 percent or something sorry but I don't know about this in much detail. 5.My plans is to went abroad for further studies or job .

The collage is good for those who want to pursue there future in language department and other govt exams .

Likes

The infrastructure of the collage is very impressive. It covers a large area . It is filled with greenery .
The fees structure is good as compared to other universities.
Most of the Faculty is good and supportive and classes are well maintained and clean

Dislikes

It's very strict towards your 75 percent attendance.
SOM often delays the work and often doesn't provide notices regarding holidays in the officials group made.
Doesn't organise any fest in the university rarely 1-2 in an year

The university often very less placement opportunities. Generally the final year or final sem students are eligible for placements . Highest package in SOM is around 8-10 lpa My plans after degree is to do mba

Doon university campus experience

Likes

I liked the campus full of greenery also the environment is so good faculty is also good . We are provided with digital boards in the class which makes the learning easier.

Dislikes

Rules are not strictly followed in the campus no dress code

Placement Experience:

Placements are not so good. Students of 3rd year are eligible for the campus placement. Decathlon visited here . Approx 20% students get placement only. Plans after getting the degree is to do masters and then job
